This Technian has a friendly attitude and respected customerà ¢à  à  s needs and responded well to our request. He was very careful with locking the gate after he was done with spraying. He called to let us know he was done with his assignment.
Logan was great and the gal who called me last week was so nice, accommodating and great to work with.

TJ conducted my initial appointment. He was very friendly and did not question my request to wear a mask while working inside my house. He reviewed what he planned to do, asked me several times if I had any questions or need to review, and then completed each task quickly.
The initial service appt was good. Tech was on-time with scheduling and very friendly. He was very thorough and completed the service in a timely manner. Shortly after that service I had ants ð   activity in a few specific areas inside house. I notified Edge and they scheduled a tech to come and re-service the specific areas on top of my 2nd treatment. 2nd tech was very knowledgeable and very thorough with my trouble areas. Great service and great customer service also!!! Definitely recommend ð  Â
