Tulsi came out and sprayed everything today. She called my home number in Chicago while I was out in Olympia Fields with my cell phone waiting for her call, but she came anyway versus blowing off the appointment which was fine. It' hard to give a total review when she just sprayed today, but said that now on she would only need exterior access. Good job to date.
They also treated ground hornets on our property. Our technician Chelsea could not have been more professional & helpful
