Be prepared to sign a contract. Appointments are not available on weekends. They have a great online website where you can keep up with appointments and payments. Overall we are very happy with our services and has seen a huge improvement.

Prompt, courteous customer service and staff. Within a week of them coming, we caught 3 mice...and we haven't seen any since. They closed all gaps/entry points into the house. In the first month, they come out to weekly to check and rebait the traps.
