The technician showed up on time, was very professional. He assessed the situation of mice by thoroughly inspecting the entire house inside and out. He made recommendations for sealing the house in potential areas of infiltration, however, they don't do the work for the homeowner. You have to do it on your own. He set traps throughout the house and bait stations outside to also help narrow down where they are coming in from. They responded immediately and went to my house within hours after calling. They are very pleasant to speak with. They require 5 treatments, which I was uncomfortable with, but I ended up agreeing to the terms.

As of this review I am just starting services. After the first two visits I have seen a reduction in the number of pests. So far, service has been good.
