Is too early to tell. Besides a little confusion on their part in regards to appointment time. The technician was very nice and helpful. He explained what he was doing and why.
They responded quickly!!! Arrived at the scheduled time within 24 hours of my inquiry!!! Signed up with a 1 year agreement. Great customer service, easy to get ahold of and great value. They stand by their work. If you need additional service, there is no charge because they guarantee to help solve your problem!!!

I was looking for a pest company after purchasing my first house and I sent them my info at 11pm and they called me at 8am the next day. They said they could send out specialist the same day between noon and 4pm and were not the cheapest place, but they were honest with me and said they weren't up front. They explained why they were a little higher than the other people and the guy was so nice!
