Do not use this company. They make promises but are a pest to deal with when you ask them to deliver. Edge was great until I had a problem and actually needed their service. I signed a service contract it 2015 to service my property. When I contacted edge to service a mouse problem at my home that is covered by my existing contract they stated that there are limitations on service not stated in my contract and would be charging extra for to provide the service. Terrible experience. They signed me for services I did not need (mole and insects). They looked into my crawl space several times, but then quit. They never inspected the whole crawl space. So far I have been charge more than $600 to catch 3 rats. Now they want to charge me $450 to terminate service.
It was only my initial service but so far the ants have stayed away. Hopefully the ants stay away permanently.
The company is very difficult to contact if there is any sort of problem or question. We called specifically for rats and never got the kind of service we expected. Each phone contact was over an hour wait to finally talk to someone and then there was no resolution. Weâ ve signed up for a year and are stuck! We are pretty unhappy with the customer service and would never recommend this company.
