I received a phone call before I had completed the request for service! Someome came out within a few hours and began treatment. I do not know yet how successful this will be since the service tech was just here today, but I am most impressed with their service thus far!

We have having there service for a little over a year now and they have done a good job. Any questions they answer it right away or find out and let you know. Very good customer service and always courteous.

They are prompt they let you know when they're coming, they leave a message when they're finished letting you know what they did. They're friendly!
Job was adequate.
They arrived within the allotted time frame and were efficient and personable as always.
Both salesman and technician were very thorough in answering all questions that we had and offering information regarding the process of ridding our home of pests. The seemed well trained in product knowledge. Time will let us know how effective the treatment was, but so far all has been as we were informed.
They came as scheduled and were very personable and thorough. The technician was very informative and did a great job.
