Friendly service people who were prompt and informative about the work that they were doing. Edge was also easy to deal with when setting up the service appointment.
Edge representatives are prompt and efficient. They always respond quickly to a call back and take care of other small problems.
He was patient while I moved items in the kitchen so he would have better access to spray.

All of the technicians are prompt, knowledgeable and do a thorough job. And they respond if you have any issues.
We have used Edge for four years on a quarterly basis. Our place is a tough one for ants spiders rodents above and below ground. We have ponds waterfalls shade, damp ....yet they have kept all pests well under control with regular and urgent visits, very well. The price has always irked me and my wife ...but on the other hand they provide great service and our place is quite demanding!
John was a great technician who was very good at communicating with me. He checked the bait boxes put out for voles, put some bait down for them, and sprayed for ants, spiders and bugs along the foundation and also under the eaves. I hope John will be able to come here again when my next servicing is due.
Prompt service. Polite, wore foot coverings and mask. Very thorough.
