Very professional and thorough
Courteous and efficient technician asked about my needs and communicated what he had done.
Jacob was informative and thorough in that he caulked openings, with wire mesh over, for preventative rodent invasion.
We use them for insects and mice with the subscribed service. They are always pleasant and very responsive on the phone and in person. When they come out they listen, give us several options, show up on time, and do a very good job. They have all been very professional. We have had very, very good results.
Initial tech indicated replacing all vent covers that would have cost a LOT- the actual service tech indicated he could reinforce current vents first and subsequently if necessary later, replace screen vents. Appreciated the options that saved us money. The third tech did a great job removing dead rodents - he was awesome! Look forward to continuing to work with this company. They should instruct all their techs on options for home owners.

Fantastic team from their call center to the onsite technicians that come out to preform services. They are COVID-19 conscious which provides piece of mind when they're on the property and in the house. Highly recommend Edge.
