Matt was very informative and helpful on the phone and Scott was the tech who came to my home. He was also very informative and did a nice job.
They call before their quarterly visits do the work without having to babysit them and inform you of any potential problems I've never had anyone with the professional image they have just great people
I informed the Edge crew about spiders seen in the garage. They sprayed for spiders along with the wasp service.

We would like to be contacted when our appointment is coming up as the last 2 times we werenâ  t home and Edge couldnâ  t complete the service as the garage was closed and the back gate locked. A text or email would be good as we could reschedule if we knew we couldnâ  t be home to open the gate and garage.
We continue to have the pest control.

They treated for the usual...spiders, mice etc. but came back within 20 minutes after I found a wasp nest in an evergreen bush, treated and removed the nest. Great customer service.
