I want to say that Safe Air is one of the best and honest A/C Companies in Houston. Ryan the tech came out to my house and did maintenance on my new system. He showed me things to look for and was very thorough. I appreciated his time and knowledge. I’ll recommend this company to everyone I know looking for a great A/C and heating company. The technician Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable, he reached out to me to come earlier than scheduled, which was great! He was patient and didn’t mind answering my questions and even put things In layman’s terms so I could understand. His service definitely exceeded my expectations!

I contacted Safe Air on a Saturday and got a deal done. Duane was very helpful and arraigned installation on Mon Sept 11th. His guys came from Houston to Lufkin and everything was done in three hours or so. Thank you very much Duane

Rolando and crew deserve more than 5 stars!!!! They are amazing and this heat is so bad and they worked from the time they arrived until the job was complete!!!! Thank you guys for the great work y’all did today. So glad we were able to make these guys a snowball from our snowball stand to help them cool off some!!!! Thanks to Duane Sutton for getting us scheduled so quick to get our new AC. Of all the quotes we received Safe Air had the best price and they also have great service. Thank y’all !!! Jerry was polite and showed great concern for helping me with seeing which way to go to acquire an A/C unit. Even though I didn’t meet the requirements for financing, Jerry explained other options that could possibly get me the unit best suited for my home. I plan to look into each option. His knowledge of how financing worked was refreshing. He was not overbearing nor pressed for a decision.
