Duane was our sales representative. He was great. He explained everything including financing and we were able to make decision the same day. The technicians were very polite. They put floor covers in the area where the work was to be done. They cleaned up and removed old parts from inside the house and outside. Highly recommend them.

My sales rep. is Duane. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. Great price and great service. The installers even found an issue I have had for several years, and it is now finally fixed properly. They even cleaned up after the installation, where I could not even tell they had been here. My system was 22 years old and the sales rep-Duane came to my house and fully explained the entire process and program. I was only going to do one unit and the next day after he spoke with the owner-Kal he recommended I replace both units since they were 22 years old. He cared enough about the dilemma I was in and could have been another problem come summer. He went to bat for me and got me a great deal on both systems.
