The technician was prompt and approachable. He wasted no time in getting to work and was a good representation of the company.
He was knowledgable . Very Courteous and Kind.
Do not trust Ronnie the dispatcher. Oh, and the owner, Kal hates blacks people and Mexicans. Says whites are 100 years behind and are as dumb as they come.

I purchased a coil and condenser from Safe Air for 6,000 dollars three weeks ago. I was told I had a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I have had problems with the system since it was installed. The condenser keeps shutting off. Sometimes it works fine. Other times, it doesn't work at all. Safe Air sent a technician out , but the problem continued. New update: Instead of trying to fix this disturbing issue, which is mentioned below, and make things right by their customer, they decided to block me on facebook and pretend that the issue doesn’t even exist. Very mature.
Edit: I have recently received proof in writing that the service technician, Ryan, falsified my report, and lied about the condition of my unit, as well as the availability of a simple replacement part. I called the company to try to find a peaceful resolution, but all I received was an irate woman screaming incoherently at me about how I didn’t know what I was talking about, and how nobody lied, etc etc, even though I had multiple forms of proof showing otherwise. I had two Water heaters and an HVAC system installed in my house July 24, 2021, within months I notice white water marks on top of one of the Heaters, I called and a assistant there said they don't do Water Heaters and I told her that weird cause they just installed one a couple months back in my house she gave me attitude so I ask to speak with a manager and she said she would have them call me back. Absolutely terrible. Purchased a full heating and air conditioning system from this company. Salesman was very friendly, and made a great song and dance about setting the unit up. Purchased the system, they came out and installed the unit. They were supposed to come back out the next day to test and configure the vents and make sure everything was working. Never happened. Went to a different company to inspect and complete the installation. Now here we are a year later and the company refused to honor their LABOR warranty. W... read more
