I'm Hoping the parts coming in and repairs don't take long.
I was pleased with the timeliness of the arrival of the installers their work ethics and professionalism. I was not happy with the fact that they didn't speak my language. I was not made aware of this fact until late in the evening about 8 PM. They would not speak to their Supervisor on the phone which I could not understand and he could not speak to the translater until they got off of the phone an hour later. This is not good in my opinion.

Brian is very professional. While diagnosing the problem he fixed a minor problem that could have contributed to a future issue. He also pointed out some other areas of concern. His final diagnosis resulted in replacing the thermostat which he performed very efficiently. We are very happy with the outcome and his visit.
Claudia is the best! Super friendly informative and willing to do their best for the customer! I highly recommend using them!
