I have rented from Safeguard Realty for the past 3 years. My manager Alex from Safeguard has been very responsive and efficient in handling any of our requests. Safeguard has acted professionally throughout my stay. I received my security back from them quickly as well. I would not hesitate to rent from them again!
Had an overall great experience with Safeguard Realty Management. They were professional and efficient from the application process through to the end of my lease. They sent me back my security deposit in a timely manner with no issues at all. Definitely appreciate Ryan and his team for all of their help and definitely recommend renting from them.
Currently renting from SafeGaurd and my roommates and I have been renting from them for 1.5+ yrs. The property we are in is quality and affordable. Yes, our property manager, Alex, is sometimes hard to reach, but he is quite reasonable and fair. I can sympathize with other reviewers' experiences regarding untimely return of security deposit, but I don't think this comes from a place of dishonesty if anything it comes from incompetence. I can’t recommend Safeguard. We rented an apartment from them for a year, paid our rent on time and were good tenants. It’s been more than two months since we moved out and still waiting for our security deposit. We left the apartment early and were promised the return of the deposit soon after in an email but it didn’t come. Calls and emails are now ignored with no updates. We need our money back for other expenses. Avoid doing business with them!
