everything went very well, I had a few damaged plastic parts and with no hassle they shipped me the parts, the scooter has been working very well, I would buy from them again for sure.
Originally our thoughts was to buy one. When we were contact by them to verify our order we decided to get 2. Customer service is awesome. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The shipping was super fast. We choose to put it toget our self and it was supper easy. The way the pack them was good, no scratches or dents. I will be buying the wife's atv from them real soon. I have bought 3 atvs, 2 coolster 125cc and 1 coolster 150cc very happy with all 3 my have been riding them like crazy and they work great have hit the trails and have not had any problems will be buyin 2 more atvs in the future for myself and my wife
My salesman Joe was great but I feel like I should be receiving updates on where we are on my delivery and purchase of my golf. Cart. The advertisement of the one I bought made it seem like I was buying that one in the add and then it seems that wasn't the case .... rather they would be building me one just like it .... kind of mis leading so my comfort level of what I may or may not be getting isn't there .
