If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Metcalf and the entire team at SAHO have been amazing. We took our brand new puppy, Josie, in due to another litter mate testing positive for parvo. Josie tested positive and was treated with hospitalization at SAHO. Dr Metcalf called and gave me updates right when she said she would every single time. Josie only had to stay hospitalized for a little over 24 hours. I plan for SAHO to continue her animal care throughout her long, long life. Highly recommend this facility. So g... read more
I had to rush my beloved cat Molly in on an emergency call this evening and the efficiency of the hospital was awesome. The entire staff was quick to help me and I never waited more than 2 minutes on the next person. I appreciated that everyone was on top of their game and even though I unfortunately had to make the decision to say goodbye, the atmosphere was comfortable and they made it easy.
Route 66 has been very pleased with the care we have received with our parvo puppies. They kept informed and worked hard not only to save their lives but to help keep the cost down. Many thanks to you all!!!!!

Once again SAHO proves not only that they know what they're doing, but how much they care about people and their furry family members! When we brought our dog Midnight in he was barely breathing and looked like he was about to die. They quickly diagnosed him with pancreatitis and started treating him immediately. We visited him every day and everyone was pampering him and treating him as if Midnight was their dog which was very comforting to see!
