Their whole staff is so friendly and helpful! I have a dog that needed an emergency C-section pretty early in the morning the doctor available, Dr. Hendricks, let Dr. Spriggs know of the emergency and he came straight to the clinic to deliver the puppies! They all came out healthy and he had so much knowledge to share about taking care of them! Dr. Thompson also had a lot of helpful information during her pregnancy when she came in for ultrasounds! Luna appreciates you all! 😆
Brought my dog in as an emergency. They are the most caring people I have met in a long time. Helped me threw everything from beginning to end. Stayed with me while I made those difficult decisions. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you
This place brought my cat, who was in kidney failure, back to acting like him sweet self! They dealt with me and my boyfriend being concerned cat parents by letting us visit and keeping us updated! They never seemed to get annoyed by us.
Had a sick puppy and wasn’t sure where to take him on the weekend since not many vets are open and couldn’t reach the vet we had previously used for puppy shots. Decided to give SAHO a try based on the good reviews. I was NOT disappointed! Every person, from the front office staff to Dr. Thompson, was AMAZING! Not only were they wonderful to my puppy, but they were just as equally wonderful to me, my son and my mom. Ive been taking my Rottweiler here since July of 2016. He boards there and also gets Spa treatments and play dates if he needs them. Now I am taking a puppy there and I just love the staff and the experience.
Though our German Shepherd, Rommel, had not been one of their canine patients, SAHO kindly and professionally came to our assistance when he died unexpectedly a week ago today. Imagine my surprise a few days later when our mail carrier delivered a clay pawprint, personalized with Rommel's name, and a thoughtful sympathy card! Thanks again, one and all, for your help on a hard day!
We have used your hospital for a while now, I’m very impressed with the kindness and professionalism you show with all of our fur babies. our girl Maggie was hit by a car recently, they took her back and accessed her injuries, she had surgery to amputate a toe and stitched her injury up her leg, I felt like they cared for her as much as we do, we are very grateful for everything they continue to do for her, she gets checked on twice weekly.
