This place does NOT know what they are doing! The guy talked so fast it was hard to even understand a word he said! We took our male kitten here on 1/31/21, because our vet is closed on Sundays, to get checked out because he was dry heaving a lot and breathing hard. We were thinking maybe something had gotten stuck or the hairball just isn’t coming out. They told us they needed to do blood work and check for a tumor. Which they didn’t do. Our Teddy was 13 years old-he had arthritis and had been sneezing for a couple days which I thought was allergies-yesterday he snuck through an opening in our fence-the people who found him live only 3 houses down from us-they found him walking in the road and said he was limping-he had arthritis and would have been if he walked even that far-they took him to SAHO and said they thought he’d been dumped-never made an attempt to see if anyone reported him missing-SAHO said the couple offered to vaccinate him and also gave them... read more

So so sad that a lost family pet was found by a couple who took him here and because he was old-claimed ownership of him and had him put to sleep. SAHO how could you have done this with no proof of ownership. Also it’s against the law to find a dog and not take it to the shelter to serve a 3 day stray hold for the owners to come forward. SAHO you should know this!

Disgusting that they will happily put down a dog without proof of ownership!! What vet does that? The poor thing is now dead and it’s family of 13 years is heartbroken. Maybe they should suggest a shelter to people who find “strays”. You could tell this dog was well taken care of and obviously lost. What is wrong with people?

Take them any dog and you can pay them to put them down whether the dog belongs to you or not! A loved doggy family member for 13 years got out this morning and was brought in by a neighbor two doors down. Euthanized by SAHO hours later! All parties involved should be ashamed of themselves.

Would not recommend. Not organized and rude manager at front desk. Drs would not call you back. Grooming is disorganized. That being said i will not go back there.

We took our dog in Saturday as she was not well. Spent $500 on lab tests which showed some abnormalities, but the vet still didn’t know what the problem was. They were unable to do an ultrasound as there was no one there capable of doing one or reading it. So she sent us home with meds and told us to return Monday to recheck labs or they could send results over to another place. Well we called Monday to get the results faxed over to a vet in claremore , and never even got a call back. My dog ended up passing away Monda... read more

our mixed breed was having stomach issue, they ran his blood work and told us we could take him home! As weak as he was , it was so stressful to see him this way! Debating on what to due next.
