Wasted a week and $150 here for the wrong diagnosis and terrible communication. Maybe they should consider discharge notes instead of just a receipt of what you paid for so pet owners know how they should be caring for their animals. Also maybe a good idea to put the name of the medication on the bottle so you know what your giving your pet. They are very kind most times, but their prices have become outrageous. I know nothing about the boarding/grooming services, just the veterinary setting. The facility is lovely, I only wish that they didn’t have to raise prices just to pay for it.
It takes a HEARTLESS PERSON to turn away a animal thats hurt and in pain. I dont understand how anyone with a heart can refuse to help any animal. to me that just proves that money means more to them. NO one with a heart and soul can leave a animal in pain. all over a 100.00. these people have no soul. no heart.
I brought my extremely sick puppy to saho in skiatook I was told they thought it might be a blockage and to go to saho in owasso I did and 1 week later my puppy was still very sick I understand the vet thought he was doing everything he could and running every test he could but continued to tell me he could not figure out what was wrong with my puppy and offered no other options.
