We have resumed performing screening mammograms and bone density (DEXA) studies on all women. I was able to walk in and receive prompt friendly service.
Courteous, quick, & professional.
When given appointment time I was told to check in at 10:10, voice mail reminder said 10:20, and when I got there at 10:10 was told appointment was at 10. The staff apologized and were very nice in spite of the mix up. Receptionist said new phone reminder system??
I was able to get in early. The ladies that did my mammogram and ultrasound were absolutely great! Explained everything, considerate of my comfort, and got me on my way quickly.
SR has always been quick, courteous and professional.
Friendly, wonderful staff and the most experienced techs and doctors in Salem.
Everyone was very accommodating, helpful and caring. They went of their to work me in.
Had a ultrasound on right shoulder! The woman who did it was very supportive and talked me through each step. I was very comfortable with her. Great customer focus!
