Both technicians were great. Helped me to feel more comfortable with the scans. Bone and mammogram.
The staff is very friendly and professional. Going in for any testing is always a bit scary, but the staff at Salem Radiology always make you feel more at ease with their kindness. They always take the time to explain what's going to happen so there are no surprises. I highly recommend Salem Radiology for all your imaging needs!

You always do a great job. You make the experience very easy to handle.
Check in was great, Susan made sure the right orders came from my Doc. Dr. Snyder and Cory were fabulous. But getting a request like this after having a biopsy for breast cancer is extremely rude, uncaring and thoughtless.
Good experience. Wait time was a little long. The technichen was fantastic. Very nice, kept me well informed on what she was doing.
You did an excellent job
Overall, it was a very positive experience. The check-in area and staff was very warm, timely, and efficient. I think my only constructive feedback would be about the tech performing my service. Overall, she was very technically efficient but it may be useful to know that most people are generally nervous during the visit and even a little dialogue could go along way. I realize they can't give any medical advice, but that wouldn't prevent some conversation to make the visit more pleasant.
