I’ve called them 5 times request a prescription and no one is helping. My doctor has not been in the office and they have asked me to wait until she is back and when I ask for another doctor to order the medication they never get back to me. I honestly cant put my health and well being on hold while my doctor is on vacation.
Back in April of 2016 I had made an appointment to see Dr. Harmon( this was my first time ever coming to this office) because I had an emergency C-section twice I also had a emergency surgery in McMinnville Oregon to remove a tumor on my left ovary and fallopian tube which was removed I have a huge scar and major intestinal problems and disfigured from it so back in 2010 I had an emergency hysterectomy and had been on estradiol since then well since the insurance is changed their approval of this medication I had to go in f... read more
I have been going to to this clinic for about 6 weeks now. My first appointment went great. We ran all my labs and I was told to come back in a week. When I came back for my 2nd appointment, no one seemed to know why I was there. At this point, they ordered more labs and said they wanted me to start BioTe hormone replacement therapy. I had two come back twice more for appointments in which they literally watched me fill out paperwork. I just switched to another clinic after being a client here for around 10 years, I wish I had known better & left years ago! In that time, they passed me through 4 different doctors. Ultimately, this is a business that pushes expensive products and services you don't need by having doctors tell you that you do. I would not recommend this "clinic" to family or friends.
