If I could rate negative, I would. As long as Midwife Kate Davidson isn't there anymore, hopefully everyone should be ok. I wasn't so fortunate and steer people clear of this place as often as I can.

I had all 3 of my children with SWC and felt I was amazingly well cared for. Kate Davidson's care so inspired me that I became a midwife once my kids were a little older. I have modeled much of my practice after the great example set by SWC.
Showed up with a family member for her appt at 10, they told her to be here a half an hour early, we were and we are still sitting here and it's 10:35! Apparently her appt was at 10:45, but whoever called her for the reminder said to be here at 9:30 for her 10 o'clock appt. The gal at the front desk didn't say anything about us being 45 min early either... not a great way to start out a "medical relationship"

My daughter and I Love Dr Harmon and nurse Jean, but unfortunately the billing staff are incompetent. Because of their mistakes, my daughter will never go back there again. What a shame.
