I have been going to Salon Elite for 15 years, and I will not go anywhere else. I have had issues in the past with my hair color coming out brassy, Nikki has the magic touch. I am always happy with the result. This salon is always up to date with the newest and greatest when it comes to new techniques and training. When Nikki was unavailable for a color/cut this past September, she referred me to Melissa. Nikki updated her on my preferences and I was thrilled with the result. You cannot go wrong with Salon Elite!

I had my hair done 2 weeks ago and thought it was ok the day of, but now my hair looks exactly the same as it did before I had it done. For the price I paid, I expected to love my hair, but sadly I don't. I don't think I'll be returning again. EDIT: I appreciate the willingness to resolve the issue. That goes a long way in my book!! Thank you :)
