Service was excellent and the food good. We had steak knowing Alberta is known for its beef; the steak didn’t stand out as very best.
As noted on the stars rating, service was excellent and we appreciated having the sommelier available for advice. The meals were also very good. The limiting factor for us is that getting to the accessible washroom involved going through the kitchen to ride the elevator to the basement, which is a bit of a buzz killer for an otherwise upscale evening. It is for that reason that the Saltlik won't be high on our list for a repeat visit.
The environment was welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was excellent. This was our first time at Slatlik and we look forward to going back.
