An excellent place for an early evening meal. We selected Saltlik over other local eateries as the music level were low. In fact whilst eating the only discernable noise was the chatter of other diners. No obtrusive music. Food was excellent, service was fantastic. A place to recommend in Calgary. Would we visit next time we are in Calgary, most definitely!

We had a really nice evening. The service was outstanding, great cocktails, perfect wine pairing as approved by the sommelier (we went with the Niebbolo). Especially loved the duck fat fries, the wok fried calamari, and the maple butter sauce on the Brussels sprouts. We mopped that sauce up with our meat. Attended for a lunch. Service was attentive and food delivery was prompt. The blackened salmon was very good. The noise level was low so it was easy to converse without having to raise my voice.

One of the best steaks I have ever had. Great accompaniments. Service is very professional and very friendly. The staff was genuinely glad that we had chosen Saltlik. Dining at the price point is as much about the whole experience as the food. That made for an outstanding meal It’s worth the price.

If you visit Calgary you need to dine at Saltlik. From the hostess who greets you with a million dollar smile to our incredible server Katie, we had a wonderful experience. Katie knew her wines, drinks, food to recommend and all with a personal, charming manner. We had the various steak offerings for our four diners. Each was well prepared and exactly to our request. The Brussel sprouts were terrific. Try it!
