We enjoyed our meal at Saltlik and our server was kind and knowledgeable. The duck fat fries with rosemary and garlic are a delight. We had steaks and a bottle of wine to celebrate a milestone. A similar quality meal can be found around town for maybe 15-20% less than we paid here (see $9 bottled water).
Had the most amazing server. She was fantastic. Knew the menu inside and out and able to identify gluten in all dishes for celiacs. Highly recommend !

Saltlik is, hands down, the best dining experience we've had in Calgary. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were phenomenal. But what made our dining experience so fabulous was the service. F Right from out entrance all the way until we left, we've never felt more taken care of than we did at this restaurant. Thank you to Mya, our server for being so attentive and genuinely wonderful. Our anniversary dinner was perfect.
