Everything was good but the waitress was nice but she had to many people to look after so the wine was late. Had it after the appetizer. Getting refills was also off. She did indicate she had a big group to attend to also.

We were here for a nice lunch, the service and food were very good, but the noise level was so high we had to yell across the table at each other to be heard, which is annoying.

Saltlik has been a long time "go to" spot for my customer lunches....I've never been disappointed. For those looking to book larger corporate events, they have two terrific private rooms that I've used many times in the past. A large room (can handle over 100) upstairs and a smaller room in the basement. A great spot for a large customer event, or a lunch for two.

Wen't during stampede so the restauarant was pretty busy and therefore the service a tad slow in the beginning but everyone was really friendly and did their best to ensure we were taken care of. Tuna tartare was very tasty. Steaks were good - however the hunter chicken dish was definitely the favourite. Good spot to taste Alberta beef!

The food was consistant with previous visits although the Service was poor espically noting the fact we were there at 11.30 am for an early lunch. The waiter did not know the menue and there were two mistakes with our order for four people.

Had an excellent lunch here. Food was great and the general location and environment are perfect for a business lunch.

We had requested to be seated at one of the 3 tables in the lounge. When we arrived (a bit early) they had a table ready and waiting. Service was very friendly. The food here is fairly consistent and we agree they have THE BEST calamari in the city. This time however, it was better than usual! Melt in your mouth tender and fantastic flavor!

I took a client to the Saltlik for lunch. For a steakhouse there isn't very much steak on the menu. We were there just after 11:30 and after ordering three prime rib sandwiches, our waitress came back and told us that they only had two sandwiches left. I changed my order and after doing so, she came back a second time and told us their was only one sandwich left now. A steakhouse that has no steak?? the service was very good, our server did everything right! We enjoyed a meal with friends that are picky eaters. they don't eat anything unusual of different. that describes the menu at saltik. the same reason we decided to go!
