My wife and I were in town and wanted to find a good steakhouse and based on reviews, we tried out the Saltlik. Our service was fantastic and food was decent. I ordered the 15oz ribeye medium rare, which came out medium to well done. I spoke up and they brought me a new steak and covered the steak on the bill! I thought this was a great way of handling the situation. Normally I would not speak up, but for $38 for a steak I felt it should be how I wanted it and they handled it superbly.
