I eat here often and I have never had such bad service. There were less than 15 people in the whole place and our servers were ghosts. I have not had this experience here before and hope to never have it again.
There was no heat due to an issue with HVAC. Totally understand and the server was super nice about it. Should have had a note on OpenTable that you were having issues.

Ordered a glass of Aussy sir and it was served cold in a cold glass. Then orders a sirloin, med rare and it was so full of sinew I couldn't finish it. Overall a disappointing experience.
