Shepherd was our sales person. He was extremely helpful and very friendly guy. My son is in a band called The Ogre Packard Slammers. And was looking for some new cymbals and Sheppard even brought out and set up the cymbals he was looking at so he could try them first. We did buy the cymbals. Shepherd is definitely a keeper. Best salesman in the shop.
