Charlie in the drum shop is on point and knows exactly what he's doing. Not only is he fast, but seems to have extensive knowledge about drums and is a nice guy. Great customer service. Great employee. -ALÉ

Excellent ...my man Charlie help me with stick as soon as I walked in didn't waste any time with small talk ...the way I like it ...and yes I would recommend Sam ash any day ...I'm a member of a well known band I buy drum sticks all the time I was buying them at another place I will not disclose the name but I'm a Sam ash man now bcuz of Charlie at Sam ash on sunset I only bought $143.00 dollars worth of sticks but he treated me like I bought $3 r 400 dollars worth... my man Charlie
