Two days ago I called Sam Ash in Forest Hills to check if they had the Yamaha portable keyboard I was looking for, and a very polite and enthusiastic salesman Eric searched in the store and told me a few minutes later that yes, and it was the only piece. He said he could put it at a spot till the next day. Then he told me this branch would be closed for good, it would be crowded with customers, but he would try to hold it for me. Just wanted to say thank you very much for fixing both of my guitars at such so notice. I had a Jackson and warlock with a Floyd bridge rose. It was a nuisance to say the least. Christopher hooked me up and Andrew spoke to me on the phone and got me there. All friendly fellows. Thanks again. I’ve been coming to this place for over 15 years. I hear they are closing. I came in looking for a Yamaha digital piano for my son. Eric helped us and my son picked the one he wanted. As we were waiting to make the purchase, the was a slight issue with what actual digital piano was in stock, but Miguel who also worked at the store cleared everything up and was able to rectify the issue. We were able to purchase the digital piano Erich helped me transport the large box to my car and my son is now happy he can practice with his Yamaha at home. This will be my go to store for my musical supplies.
Great service and very hospitable. Traded in my 2017 Strat for a sweet sounding Martin Acoustic. Got a great value for the whole deal.
