Honestly nothing the sales person was personable. And was knowledgeable about the instrument. I was purchasing for my daughter.
Even though I had to wait a while , I never felt forgotten about. How ever there seems to be a small selection of guitar(s) and related items. Also on line indicated that the store had a pedal I was interested in and I did not see it on desplay.
Even though I had to wait a while for help, I did not feel forgotten about. And I was able to get the item I was looking for.
Helpful and friendly staff helped me find the right equipment for my child's needs. I was in a last-minute rush, so the late closing time was a godsend!
Nina at the Forest Hill store went out of her way to find an item for me. She went downstairs and looked until she found it. She was very patient and kind.
It was great buying my gt1 effect procesor . a young man name mayer in the queens location help me out He know exactly what i needed .for my sound And know everthing about the unit .its realy hard for me to get the right sound for the type of music thay i play no one in nyc know this type of sounds .mayer knows it well thank you sam ash and mayer ..
