Sales rep knew his stuff and was very helpful.
The salesman, Roma on top of being a good guitarist, he treated me as if he knew me. Long story short, we discussed various guitars, and he gave me a guitar that is easy to use and sounds great.

The store on queens boulevard is my resident store I travel to other Sam ash stores the Kew garden store has since its opening been a great store. My most recent Experience has been as always at that store great the sales Staff is Knowledgeable and helpful very friendly courteous respectful and embracing , knowledgeable of music And equipment. The manager Dave and one of the senior staff Ajra I just tops I always leave their with what I want.
