I am a first time Drum Set buyer. I met with Bryce and let me just say he has gone above and beyond in every imaginable way for me. He spent an hour talking over the electronic drum sets I was looking at and helped me build a kit I could grow into. After I brought the product home there were misplaced pieces due to the distribution center not placing things in the boxes appropriately and he helped me without a second thought and even offered me a brand new kit. Fabulous service, kind, friendly knowledgeable staff, and a great selection of guitars with plenty of well designed space to try things out. Every time I have been in here, I have been impressed. Just a really good store.
I visited Sam Ash music store in Short Pump Virginia. Ironically it was literally next to a Guitar Center. I would have gone to Guitar Center, but they are a huge nation wide company, so I decided to support the underdog... The store had a huge selection and wide variety of guitars and drums, but not a lot of amp heads to choose from.
