I went to the local Sam Ash store in search of a particular metronome. When I couldn't quickly find it, I asked an employee named Zack to help me. He checked the computer and found that model was in stock, but he couldn't immediately find it. He asked another employee, who said it was located in the drums department. Zack went to that department, found it, and sold it to me in a smooth, pleasant transaction. I called ahead and made sure they had what I was looking for. Told James in Guitars when I would be in and he had everything (including accessories) to make the new instrument experience the best.
