I never felt ignored in the store, but I also didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured. Everyone asked if I needed help. The person who rung me up was especially helpful and enjoyable. I found everything I needed.

Becky made my experience GREAT. She found what I was looking for. I was able to give my grandson a birthday gift that thrilled him! There was no sales pressure but the offer of a program for covering any needs for the instrument for 2 years. I could not be more satisfied!!!
My teenage Daughter & I were checking out Bass Guitars for her Birthday. The Sam Ash Sales Guy was really great about talking us through what she would need. He let her try out the Bass she had her eye on & never pushed a super expensive version. Sales guy was realistic about quality & price of gear a kid needs who's picking up a new instrument! What turned into a "let's check it out trip" turned into a happy ride home with an amazing new Bass Guitar ,amp,& all the cool gear my kid needs! Thanks!
Adam was awesome! He tuned my guitar, played me a few tunes, and offered me some great insight on my new journey to become a guitarist! Although I was skeptical about my decision to play, meeting him encouraged me to keep trying! I love Sam Ash and Im sure my first visit is the beginning of many!
