Big selection and pleasant, knowledgeable employees

My daughter needed the bridge of her viola replaced, but, due to her heavy music schedule, was unable to be without her viola for an extended period of time; Gunner worked with us to time her repair so she was only without her viola for 24 hours. He did a beautiful job on the repair. When we came back for pick up, the gentleman in the orchestra department took the time to show my daughter how to safely clean the rosin from her viola. He could have sold us a $30 kit which had the cleaning solution & polish, but he said since ... read more

I was there recently for my daughter's new guitar for her Christmas gift and each time the staff was very educational, helpful, answered all my questions and looking at 2 other places, Sam Ash did not compare to either. My daughter is gonna love her new guitar bundle!!
