Have returned after many years shopping online...Vast improvement over past years navigating in the store. I'm a seasoned pro guitarist, and for example, I want to hand pick my own strings and accessories... never understood why? in the past, all those items were closely guarded behind a display blockade by salespeople, big turn off. Anyway, NOW YOURE DOING GREAT!
