Took my daughters trumpet in for bi-annual cleaning and lubrication. Promised 7 days, done in 3!
I was there for THREE hours trying to trade some gear I bought there, never heard how much the offer was, and ended up getting less than fifty percent of what they had sold the gear to me (the gear was used when I bought it) two months earlier.... so ultimately they ripped me off when I bought the stuff there in the first place, then ripped me off because I brought the stuff back after sixty days instead of forty five. Seriously, this is the absolute last time I will ever go there to "trade" in gear. I mean, why would I?

Usually our offers are between 40-60% of the value of the gear depending condition, year, how they sell, etc. Pawn shops and other places pay much less than us.
