Every time I pop into Sam Ash they allow me to play every imstrument I want to play They treate like a star and I buy from them more then I buy any other place, thank you guys for being the best in conoga park, california
Great customer service
In the past I had given up on Sam Ash, the employees didn't seem like they wanted to be there, especially the Hollywood store. The Canoga Park store has some awesome people in it. Seems more inviting. I feel wanted instead of the usual "You're bothering me and I know more than you" attitude of the past. Heading in the right direction!!
I highly recommend purchasing extended warranties when getting an electronic drum set!. Something is bound to happen to them it's just the nature of an electronic kit versus a regular acoustic kit and buying the extended warranty more than paid for the repairs. I was a loyal customer of Guitar Center I had purchased 6 or 7 expensive guitars along with many amps when they changed the way they do business. They made it difficult to shop there. No one knew anything anymore. I thwn went to Sam Ash. I had been in Sam Ash but did not consider them a serious music chain. Boys was I mistaken. I started talking to the sales staff in ALL of there departments. Guitats, Drumbs, Keyboards and Sheet music.
