I wanted to return a used pedal i has bought from them. I was worried they would try to cheat me. But, nothing of the sort. They were so courteous that I decided I will always check them first for my gear needs.

Sam Ash had a great one day SALE . I emailed Paul, my sales associate and asked if they had any good deals on Guild guitars. He emailed me back a list of models with prices. I found myself unable to get to the store so I called Paul to see what I could do over the phone to buy one of the Guilds. Paul took care of me! I got a great little guitar at a really great price.
