I came in and told the employee what I was looking for and he led me straight to the gear I needed. He didn't pressure me in any way to buy top of the line products that I didn't need as a beginner, instead, he just told me as I move up musically, better products would help me out big time. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all their products and warranties .
