Brooks is the guy to see when you go to Sam Ash Westminster. He's a wealth of knowledge, spends as much time as it takes with you, is unperturbed by a million questions, and whatever you need - he gets it done!!! A couple of the other guys there could take a lesson from him. I recently ordered an item I needed for an upcoming gig.
