As a visitor to the States and to Sam Ash my first experience just blew me away. I fell in love with a lovely little Ukulele which I brought home to Ireland. As a beginner I've been having some trouble but all I've had to do is send an email to Sara (who sold me the uke) and she's doing her best to get things sorted for me, despite me and the instrument being 4000+ miles away.
