I bought 6 guitars botholda and new from them for a Christmas present. Rockford couldn't have more informative and helpful. I really enjoyed all my trips there, always been treated veery nice by Jim at front, and Joshua in guitars as well. There prices are very competitive if in most cases less. On pre-owned equipment, the prices were great for the models they were. Just go and see for yourself! Richard W.
