Danny Russo took great care while building our deal. I am used to getting good treatment so it was a high bar to meet, and they did. James did all the paperwork fast. My new guitar is from their pre-owned selection and was worth what it cost and then some. Selection and ability to do deals the big chains just cannot seem to do. Earned my return this week for pickups.
