Dealing with Julian C.Macfarlane (sales manager) from start to finish is the reason we will continue to purchase our equipment and accessories at Sam Ash. Because they were custom built it too about 3 months. Julian kept tabs on the progress of the drum kit and kept us updated. He was a pleasure to deal with and is a major asset to Sam Ash. I am new to drumming and visited the Margate location as recommended by a neighbor. Julian was my salesman and was very helpful with determining my decision regarding acoustic vs electric. He allowed me to hit a bit and described the technical aspects of one brand vs another. Coming from a retail family owned business, I love the ability to walk into a brick and mortar store and be served with great customer service. Sadly, it is something that is lacking from all types of industries today. Way to go Julian and Sam Ash!
Sam Ash caters to a greater diversity of musicians that any other music store in South Florida. I particularly like the high variety of printed resources in their music library, from which I, as music teacher, orchestrator and performer, can select for teaching snd other projects.
