Have done business with The Sam Ash stores for years. Always quality. Was just looking for an inexpensive guitar for a 10 year old. Found an interesting instrument on the Sam Ash Web Site. They brought it in to the store so I could play it and decide for myself. Lana, the associate was very helpful through ordering the guitar for me to see, and she was there the day I bought it. Great store. Great associates.
